Before you delete
- Tokens: once the account is deleted it cannot be restored, so any remaining balance is out of reach.
- Ultimate and auto-refill: cancel the subscription and switch off Balance Auto-Refill in Settings and Privacy.
- Check recent charges on your statement; complaints about shows must be made within 48 hours.
How to delete the account
- Log in and open your account menu.
- Go to Settings and Privacy.
- Click Delete My Account. Stripchat asks you to fill in a short form with the reason.
- Confirm. Support is available around the clock if something goes wrong.
Asking for your data to be erased
The privacy policy in force since May 2026 says deleted account data is no longer accessible to you and cannot be restored. Stripchat keeps personal data “only for as long as necessary” but may keep it longer for legal, regulatory or technical reasons, or for a claim or possible litigation. You can ask for erasure by emailing [email protected]; it is carried out “where permissible”. The policy does not give a fixed retention period. UK and EU users can rely on their GDPR right to erasure in that email.
Deleting your account does not change what already appears on your bank statement, and data exposed in the 2021 incident cannot be recalled. Use a fresh email if you ever sign up again.
