The refund rules

May be refunded

  • Complaints made within 48 hours
  • A technical failure on Stripchat’s side
  • A private show that is provably unsatisfactory, at Stripchat’s discretion
  • Paid content that fails through no fault of yours

Not refunded

  • Tips (unless there was a clear agreement on amount and request)
  • Spy shows
  • Private shows longer than five minutes (no full refund)
  • Problems caused by your own connection or device
  • Arrangements or shows outside the site
  • Unused tokens if your account is closed for breaking the rules

The detailed refund policy we cite is an archived copy from 2023; the terms in force in May 2026 confirm the basics: tips and spy shows are never refunded, and refunds for technical failures or unsatisfactory private shows are discretionary. Refunds are never more than the amount disputed.

How to ask for a refund

  1. If a private show is not what was agreed, leave immediately and rate it; staying beyond five minutes rules out a full refund.
  2. Contact Stripchat support within 48 hours with your username, the model’s name, the date and time, and what went wrong.
  3. Keep screenshots of your token history.

Why a chargeback can cost you more

The terms say you agree not to report a charge as fraudulent or unauthorized without good faith. If you do, you remain liable for the charge plus a $100 administrative fee. A chargeback is meant for genuinely unauthorized charges, such as a stolen card. For anything else, go through support first.

Avoid the problem: switch off Balance Auto-Refill and cancel Ultimate if you no longer use it. Most unwanted charges come from automatic renewals, not from shows.
